Website Suspended or Taken Off-line?
Websites are only taken off-line as a last resort due to non-payment of seriously past due invoices. We are in the business of putting websites up - not taking them down. In times of financial difficulty we will even work with clients and wait for things to pick up. We always make attempts at payment arrangements.
We always make multiple attempts to contact customers via email and phone for notification of past due balances. Only after the outstanding balance becomes seriously past due or payment arrangements/obligations are not met is a website taken down. Again this is a last resort.
